Accreditation portfolio Lejeune expands

After a year of interim management, the PayChecked in Transport Foundation decided to transfer its secretariat entirely to Lejeune as of 2019. PayChecked was founded in 2016 by the associations Transport and Logistics Netherlands (TLN) and the shipping organization evofenedex. It is a quality certificate for entrepreneurs in the professional goods transport by road.

Reduce the risk of chain liability

This way they can demonstrate that they pay their employees as agreed in the collective labour agreement and that their personnel and payroll administration is in order. Doing so, they reduce the risk of chain liability in the context of the Dutch law. Doing business with a transport company that has obtained the quality certificate prevents a client from having to carry out an investigation of its own. The quality certificate is a guarantee for both the client and the transport company that they meet the legal requirements.

PayChecked is the 5th quality certificate organization in the Lejeune portfolio, which also consists of the OPK accreditation (waste paper and carton board), the CA+ certification (archive and data destruction), the MRF quality certificate (metal recycling) and the Textile Recovery Certification programme.

Talking about certification: in 2013, Lejeune was awarded the ISO 9001 certificate for the first time, which has been made suitable for knowledge-intensive services via the so-called Certiked Model (part of Lloyd's Register). Very recently, the Certiked audit revealed that we are again allowed to use the ISO certificate for a period of three years.
