From zero to 500K online minutes in 12 months

Digital transformation has also accelerated for associations thanks to Covid19. Our 'Zoom Dashboard' shows that over the past 12 months the number of digital meetings within our licenses has exploded to over 1000. With an average of about 8.5 participants per meeting this  amounts over 8.5 thousand participants. In total, almost half a million minutes of meeting time were recorded by Zoom for our employees, this almost equals 5 FTEs. In addition, over 80 webinars took place with an average number of 45 participants.

Due to the international nature of our business, online and telephone meetings were already part of our daily practice, but not as frequent as in the past year.

Note that this does not include hours for MS Teams or for meetings and webinars that were not hosted by Lejeune. We all yearn for the resumption of meeting on site, for the informal, non-verbal contact, for that chat over coffee during the break, for the breather between meetings, but whether we return to the old pattern entirely after the lockdown remains to be seen.
