New Collective Labour Agreement for the Carton and Packaging Industry.

After approval by the members of the Royal Kartoflex Industry Association during the Extraordinary General Meeting on Friday, 31 January, the members of the trade unions CNV and FNV have also agreed to the final proposal reached by the collective labour agreement (CLA) parties.

This means that an agreement has been reached on a new CLA with a term from 1 January 2025 to 30 April 2026. An important step for the sector and its employees!

The next step is to draft the official text of the CLA, which will then be submitted to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment for general binding declaration. The CLA booklets will also be available shortly.
