In the podcast Het Verenigingsdilemma by the Dutch Association of Associations (DNA), founded in 2014 as the leading professional association for membership organisations in the Netherlands, Luc Lejeune explains how we have approached this development.

Together with Cécile Veldman of DNA, he discusses how AI has gradually become part of our day-to-day operations. Rather than relying on large-scale implementation projects, we have focused on experimenting, learning and developing practical applications that genuinely add value for our clients and their members.
